Curd is formed by curdling of milk. It is basically the bacterial process in which microorganism converts the lactose sugar of milk to lactic acid. So we can say that lactic acid is the main component of curd.

The chemical formula for lactic acid or curd is:

\mathrm{CH}_{3} \mathrm{CH}(\mathrm{OH}) \mathrm{COOH}.

The chemical name of lactic acid is 2-hydroxypropanoic acid. There are many other byproducts also with lactic acid but lactic acid is the main component of curd.
