Chemical reaction:-
A chemical change which occurs when two or more substances react each other to form new substance.
There are 4 types of chemical reactions. They are:-
(1)Chemical combination reaction.
It is a chemical reaction in which two or more compounds react each other to form one product.
C+O2-----------=>CO2
(2)Chemical Decomposition reaction.
It is a chemical reaction in which a single compound breaks into two or more new compounds.
CuCO3-------------=>CuO+CO2
(3)Chemical displacement reaction.
It is a chemical reaction in which a more reactive element displaces a less reactive element.
2Na+2HCl---------------=>2NaCl+H2
(4)Chemical double displacement reaction.
It is a chemical reaction in which one component each of both the reacting molecules is exchanged to form the products.
BaCl2 +MgSO4------=>BaSO4+MgCl2
