A Cheque is an order to the bank to pay a stated sum from the drawer"s account , written on a specially printed form .

How to issue a cheque ?

Write the date , in the top right corner , next to a box or line that says 'Date' there is a space for you to write the date .

Write the recipient , find the line that has ' Pay ' written before it .

Write the amount .

Sign the cheque .

Why Do We Issue A Cheque ?

If you need to pay something that shows Guaranteed funds are in the account , the bank can issue a certified check .

The Bank Stamp the check as a “certified check” , and locks that amount in the account , so there will be funds to pay that check.

Hope it helps
