                    Child labour can be termed as the employment of children by organisations that exploit the overall growth of the child. Their are deprived of normal childhood. It affects the prospects of the children. Children are often invlolved in the business of manufacturing, packaging and transportation.  

Reasons of Child labour:

• Children work to earn and support their family financially.
• Since the labor cost  is low,greedy people exploit children ti gain unfair advantage.
• Besides poverty,illiteracy is also a major reason of child labour.

Steps to eradicate child labour :

• There should be strict enforcement of child labour laws by the government.

• Increase in employment opportunity for skilled adults.

• Ensuring that every child gets opportunity to go to school by providing free education and related materials.  

• The employers should take a pledge that they will not employ children in their business
