If you see in a microscope a small pores are there they are stomata they have guard cells for opening and closing of stomata. In the guard cells there is chloroplast.

usually chloroplasts are present in plant cell. chloroplasts are the minute coloured bodies they are usually green in colour. they give colour to leaves and other parts of the plant
