Explanation:

Coalition Government is the government made by two collective parties after elections.

Vidhan Sabha:- Members of a Vidhan Sabha are direct representatives of the people of the particular State as they are directly elected by an electorate consisting of all adult citizens of that state. Its maximum size as outlined in the Constitution of India is not more than 500 members and not less than 60.

Vidhan Parishad:- composition of the Vidhan Parishad is as follows: 10 members are nominated by the governor of Uttar Pradesh. 38 members are elected by the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly members. 36 members are elected by the Local bodies.

Answer:

The coalition government

A coalition government is a form of government in which political parties cooperate, reducing the dominance of any one party within that "coalition". The usual reason for this arrangement is that no party on its own can achieve a majority in the election.

The composition of Vidhan sabha

The Vidhan Sabhas also known as Legislative Assemblies are the lower houses of state legislature in the States of India. Members of a Vidhan Sabha are direct representatives of the people of the particular State as they are directly elected by an electorate consisting of

all adult citizens of that state.

The composition of Vidhan Parishad

These members are not directly elected like the legislative assemby. These members are in service for 6 years. Every two years one third of the house complete their terms and a new set of members join.
