Coalition government means alliance or union of several parties.Coalition Government are formed when parties does not have an overall majority.In this government different parties co-operate and form a temporary alliance (union) which is large enough to enjoy the confidence of parliament , allowing them to form a government.This circumstances arises, if no party on its own can achieve majority in the Parliament. To have strong coalitions, it is necessary that political parties must moderate their ideologies and programme.
