In case of a complaint, We can write to the consumer court forum.
All of us should stay alert and know our rights.
- We must purchase products of good quality and pay the correct amount.
- If the prices, weight, or quality are not correct, we must point it out.
- If no action is taken by the person selling the product, we can approach the Consumer's forum and fight for our rights.
- In 2015, the government approved a new Consumer Protection bill which aims at speedy disposal of Court cases.
