Coulomb's Law states that force exerted by 2 charges is directly proportional to the product of the charges and inversely proportional to the square of distance between them.

F = K x Q1 x Q2 / R²

Where Q1 and Q2 are the charges, R is the distance between them and K is the constant, which equals to 9 x 10^9.

Hope this helps! :)
