Shelters for cyclone are needed to protect the families, personal and private properties, important items, etc. The lives of these innocent people are compromised due to lack of good cyclone shelters.

Building them in huge numbers is more adequately understood to make the balance of high knotted cyclones that consist of surges of the storms and the high wind speeds it carriers along with it. Firstly, introduction of a Cyclone shelter in circular shapes were demonstrated and constructed, since then they were not used because of which it's existence was not ensured.

These Circular-Shaped Cyclone shelters (due to lack of usage in persistent cyclone hit regions and improper maintenance) were dismantled from their parts and most of them were not usable because of a poor condition for cyclone prone regions. Most likely many of the cyclone shelters cam in  for protection for cyclone prone regions only, none of them had a prior thinking of a shelter for multiple uses (like, vulnerability of hitting impact by these cyclones, higher demands for well built walls, etc.).

People (When in a Zone of High Cyclonic Wind Area) are usually rescued and evacuated to a nearest building like a church, administrative school, university, etc. by which a proper shelter (for protection against cyclones) with meetings of multiple demands is highly expected for a better operation of the system for rescuing people via different methods, extremely streamlined relief operations controlled by a head body, etc.

A Cyclone shelter is being built by looking the three assessed factors which is well developed according to modern and standard needs for compatibility with those regions. These are:

1) The accountable factor of particular vulnerabilities in the cyclone hit region or prio known history of extreme bad connectivity (or a region receiving constant high speed cyclones aka cyclone prone regions).

2) The number of people which were frequently evacuated or rescued due to constant Cyclonic threats after taking the account of normal shelters included like universities, schools, etc.

3) Identifying the cyclone prone regions in a correct recorded manner via tools of certain sites. Also, the requirement for communicating effectively under various administrations in a district, city, state, etc. for a more effective strategy to evade cyclone prone areas.

If done correctly, the prone regions that are usually amended for a definite eminent Cyclone which are restricted to such regions in constant ways, this'll ensure the proper building of Cyclone shelters and save more lives under community working.
