All organelles of a cell float around in a certain liquid within the cell. This liquid is know as cytoplasm. Not to mention that all Eukaryotic cells have cytoplasm, and it exists in both Plant cell and Animal cell.

◆Cytoplasma is the jelly like fluid present between the Cell membrane and Nucleus in which Cell organelles are embedded.
It is present in plant cell also.

Some of the functions of cytoplasm are :-

●It helps in diffusion and osmosis.

●It keep the cell organelles at fixed position, by not letting them colloid among one another.

●It helps in the storage of vital chemical such as Glucose,Amino acid ,Vitamins etc.

●Living cytoplasm Always be in a state of movement.
