In a decomposition reaction a single reactant forms multiple products. ( its the opp. Of combination reaction in which multiple reactants form a single product).
Eg: 2AgBr----heat---> 2Ag+ Br2( gas)

they are called cuspid valve. if it is present between right auricle and right ventricle it is tricuspid valve if it is present between left auricle and left ventricle then it is called bicuspid or mitral valve
