#There are ennumber of quantities.
#So,it is not possible to give separate units to each of them.

*So what scientists did was that,they said we have to first take only seven quantities,which can be never expressed in terms of any other quantity.
#Those are named as 7 base/fundamental quantities.
#There units are called fundamental/base units
#So all quantities other than base quanties are derived quantities and their units are called derived units.

#Derived quantity-
Those quantities which can be expressed in the terms of other quantities, dependent on fundamental quantities.

# So derived unit is the unit which can be expressed in the terms of other quantities, which is dependent upon fundamental quantities.
