Human or animal cells have small vacuoles whereas plant cells have big vacuoles. Human cells have only one plasma membrane, whereas plant cells have two layers of plasma membrane (the outer one is called cell wall). Human cells do not have plastids, or chlorophyll, whereas plant cells have these (it gives them green color). Plant cells have tissues that help them to survive harsh climate whereas human cells dont have.
