The difference between Zygote and Embryo are:-

Zygote:

•It is a single celled structure.

•Formed as a result of the fusion of two gametes i.e. pollen grain and ovule.

Embryo:

•It is a multi cellular structure.

•Formed as a result of growth and cell division of zygote. Embryo then gives rise to new plant body.
