what is a diminished image? can anyone explain with the help of a picture?

If the object is at infinity, lies across the axis and some rays from it are coming in at a non zero angle, then the object is infinite. A finite image of the object is then highly diminished.

diminesed image is image which is small for it's actual object by example of one picture in concave mirror but u have to know three principal of light which is always known see image
