what is a electric motor
Answers
An electric motor is a device by which electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy.
When a stream is flowing in a magnetic field, the stream is flowing due to the current on the horoscope, which is determined by the rule of left hand of Fleming. It continues to rotate the force of the balloid to the magnetic field.
There are four main parts of the electric motor:
1. Field magnet This is a powerful permanent magnet, whose poles are S and S.
2. Armature This is a very round rectangular horoscope, which is made by wrapping on the iron iron cord with the help of insulated wires of copper, it rotates between the poles of the magnet Divider
3. Split Rings are in the form of a ring divided into two semicircular segments. The ends of armature are attached to these two separate rings according to the picture.
4. Brush are two leaves made of carbon metal, which touch the split ring. These brushes attach a battery between two composite panicles and between them. Electric current enters the horoscope with a brush and comes out from the other brush.
When the current flows through the coil in the horoscope, according to the rules of the left hand of the Fleming, on the arms of the horoscope,
but two forces work in the opposite direction. Both of these forces make a valyagama, due to which the horoscope starts rotating in the opposite direction. Also, the detached ring involved in it also starts to rotate.
The rotation of the horoscope is given the same direction with the help of these divide rings.
Electric motor is used to run electric equipment, water pump, flour mill large - large machineries, electric fans, etc.
