Fair trial means that judgement given was on the basis of fair;and not favouring one side over another. It ensures the person's life by giving him/her a proper chance to defend.

Fair trial are only the way to prevent miscarriages of justice and are an essential part of a just society. every person accused of a crime should have their guilt or innocence determined by a fair and effective legal without fair trials trust in government and the rule of law collapses
