The full form of NCERT is "National Council of Educational Research and Training" which is an organization (autonomous) that belongs to the Indian government.

The full form for NTSE is "National Talent Search Examination". This is a scholarship program at the national level in India. In order to identify high intellect students this program is conducted which I have done by NCERT.

The full form of CBSE is "Central Board of Secondary Education" which is the board of education at the national level for both public schools and private schools in India.
