Good conductor of heat means which conduct heat or heat can pass through it or can travel thorugh it. Example:- a metal rod kept under sun for some time will become hot.

Bad conductor of heat means which do not conduct heat or heat cannot travel through it.

Example :- a wood kept under sunlight will not become that hot.
