Here’s a visual. You’ll see the “Workbook” at the top and the “Sheets” at the bottom are tabs. The workbook can contain many worksheets. In this case, we have two.
When I save this workbook with a file name, that name will replace the name “Workbook 1”.

You can group worksheets in Excel if you want to edit multiple worksheets at the same time. Our workbook contains 3 similar worksheets (North, Mid and South) and a blank fourth worksheet. ... To group worksheets, hold down CTRL and click the sheet tabs of the sheets you want to group.
