a human body is a complex structure of various cells, Tissue, organs, blood vessels etc. The smallest unit of our body is cell. Many cells comes together to form a tissue. Many tissue come together to form a organ. Many organ come together to form a organism. Our body requires proper diet to stay healthy. It makes the complex food material into very simple and easy to digest form. Many processes are going on inside our body like digestion, excretion, respiration etc which gives us nutritions required in our body
