What is a hydrogen weather balloon is fill with only the minimum amount of hydrogen gas needed for it to rise?

It is so because hydrogen is highly inflammable gas.Helium is a better option for that because it is just sightly heavier than hydrogen and is non inflammable as well. Helium is non inflammable gas because it is an inert gas and doesn't react with any thing. On the contrary hydrogen reacts vigorously with oxygen just a small Spark is needed and it burns almost instantaneously with a blast
