Hypermytropia is eye defect in which person can not see nearby objects clearly but can see far objects object clearly. Hypermetropia is also called as long-sightedness.
Causes of Hypermetropia are....
1. focal length of the eye lens is too long, or
2.the eyeball has become too small.
This defect can be corrected by using a convex lens of appropriate power
