Isomers are the atoms of the same element which have same atomic no. but different mass no.
For example

ISOTOPES OF HYDROGEN

¹H = called Protium ( ordinary hydrogen)
1

²H= called Deuterium ( Heavy hydrogen)
1

³H= called Tritium ( Radioactive isotope)

Other examples are

C-12,C-14

O- 16, O-17, O-18

Cl - 35 , Cl- 37
