Hey Friend

A joint is the part of the skeletal system or human body where two bones meet.

Some joints found in the human body are :

✔ Hinge Joint - Allows movement in one plane only such as the movement when a door opens. The elbow, knee and finger joints are example.

✔ Pivot Joint - Allows rotation.

✔ Ball and Socket Joint - Allows universal movements in all planes, e.g. The arm at the shoulder moves in all directions within a circle.

✔ Gliding Joints - Exists between wrist bones, where one bone slides slightly over the flat surface of the other.

✔ Fixed Joints - Do not allow movement, e.g. Structures between bones in the skull.

Hope it helps ☺☺☺

BEST OF LUCK ✌
