The Magnetic field is the space around a conductor carrying current or the space around a magnet in which its magnetic effect can be felt .

In Order to define magnetic field B , we deduce an expression  for the force on a moving charge on  magnetic field .

F(magnetic) = q(v x B )

F is a magnetic Lorentz force

The direction of F is determined by right hand screw rule and right hand rule

The magnetic field induction or magnetic flux density at any point  in a magnetic field is equal to the force experiences by a unit charge moving with a unit velocity perpendicular to the direction of magnetic field at the point

Magnetic Field is the region or probable area around which  a current carrying conductor behaves like a magnet and exhibits magnetic properties. We will describe magnetic forces using concept of a field.A magnetic field is established by a permanent magnet,by an electric current or by other moving charges. The magnetic field in turn exerts forces on other moving charges and current carrying conductors.
The magnitude of magnetic force is given by
F exerted by magnetic field = Bqvsinα where v is velocity,b is magnetic field q is charge and alpha is the angle between velocity and magnetic field.
Magnetic field is maximum when alpha is 90 degrees.
Unit of magnetic field is Tesla in honour of Nikola Tesla, the prominent american scientist.
Magnetic field is a vector and its direction can be measured using fleming left hand rule and right hand thumb rule
