Matter , basically as per our primary schools defination it is " Anything that has mass and occupies space is matter." But but but wait i have something interesting for you , it is that ,

That defination is correct but it sounds amature , so what is a defination for adults and a true science student . Hmmmmmmm
Now, listen there is a thing named universe :) You must have heard about it. :-| I hope .....
So, in this universe there are two kind of things ,
1) Those WHO have some mass .
2) Those who don't have mass.
So, in universe those who do not have mass are called energy .
And now except energy every thing is. =-O "MATTER" :-}
