The middle lamela is a pectin layer which cements the cell of walls of two adjoining plant cells together. It is the first formed layer which is deposited at time of cytokinesis .The cell plate that is formed during cell division itself develops into middle lamella.
Each osteon consists of concentric layers, or lamellae, of compact bone tissue that surround a central canal, the haversian canal. The haversian canal contains the bones blood supplies. The boundary of an osteon is the cement line.
Hope it helps
