Mole is a link b/w the mass of atoms(or molecules) and the number of atoms (or molecule)
Mass number is the number of protons and neutrons in an atom whereas Atomic mass is the mass of a particular atom specified.

Mole is amount of  pure unity containing the same number of chemical units.
Mass number is the sum of protons and neutrons.
while atomic mass is the average mass of the all isotopes  of certain types .

kritidey: A mole of atoms is a collection of atoms whose total mass is the no. of grams equal to the atomic mass.
Atomic mass-- An atomic mass is the mass of a single atom of a chemical element
Mass number -- sum of protons and neutrons
