when any force applied by using of muscles like arms or legs is known as muscular force . Example :- if you lift a brick from ground , then your muscles do work for lifting it hence, here muscular force applied by arms . similarly , pulling bed , door, riding cycle etc are example of muscular force.

Walking, running, jumping, lifting a weight, etc. all are examples of muscular force and there are many more activities which are done by applying power of muscles that all will be examples of muscular force.
