A narrative essay is mainly an account or a narration of something that happened to you or someone else. It must have a plot, setting, and characters. The plot must then follow (but no restricted to ) this format:
1. exposition- this is where you introduce the character and give a sketch of the setting
2. rising action- this where you build up the plot
3. climax- this the highest point of the story; the part where the readers must wonder whether it'll be okay in the end or not
4. falling action- this is where the conflict is tried to be resolved
5. resolution- this is where the story is put into a conclusion. The conflict may be solved or not.
