1)nephrone is a filtration unit of kidneys. 2)it consists of a tubule which is connected to collecting duct at one end and cup-shaped bowmains capsule at the other side. 3)the bowmains capsule contain a cluster of capillaries called glomerulus inside it. 4)blood enters the kidneys through renal artery 5)the filtration of blood takes place in bowmans capsule.the filtrate contains glucose ,amino acids ,salt, water ,urea nd uric acid.as the filtration passes through the tubule the useful substances like glucose ,amino acids ,salts nd water are reabsorbed into blood. 6)the amount of water reabsorbed depends on the excess water in the body nd amount of dissolved waste to be excreted 6)thus the urine contain dissolved in nitrogenous waste, urea, uric acid excess salt nd water 8)the collecting ducts carry urine to ureter. 9)urin is stored in urinary bladder nd later pass out through urethra
