A motion of no-confidence is a statement or vote which states that a person in a superior position-be in government,manegiral etc.. This may be based on person falling short in some respect,falling to carry out obligations or making choice as other member feel are detrimental as a parlimentary motion it demonstrate to the head of state that the elected parliemant no longer has confidence in the appointed government
