The enzymes which do not help in digestion of any substance are known as non-digestive enzymes. In the intestine, various enzymes which help in digestion are released in the inactive state. The enzymes which help inactivation of these enzymes are non-digestive enzymes in the intestine like enterokinase activates the trypsinogen into trypsin but it itself doesn't digest any nutrient.
