pH stand for power of hydrogen. which detect the any substances how much salt how much acid how much base.
if the pH value if the pH value of the any substances is less than 7 it will be the acid in the pH value of any substances is a greater than 7 it must be a base or if the pH value of of any substances is equal to 7 then it must to be salt
