A physical quantity is a quantity in physics that can be measured, thus aphysical property that can be quantified. Examples of physical quantities are mass, amount of substance, length, time, temperature, electric current, light intensity, force, velocity, density, and many others.

Answer: Any quantity which can be measured directly or indirectly by some means is called a a physical quantity.

It has got two parts:-

1. Magnitude or numerical value

2. Unit

System for for measuring units:-

1. mks or SI system (Standard International)

2. Cgs.

3. FPs.
