The poem with no uniformity or rhyme or rhythm is called a 'Freestyle' poem.
Explanation: Freestyle is a term which is used for the poems which doesn't consist of any rhythmic patterns. For example, here's a poem I wrote just now.
"I didn't want any flowers, I only wanted
To lie with my hands turned up and be utterly empty
How free it is, you have no idea how free ---------
The peacefulness is so big it dazes you,
and it asks nothing, a name tag or a few trinkets."
In the above poem, you can see that I've not written the poem in a rhythmic pattern. There's no similar rhymes. I could have used something to write the word free as a rhyming word for instance, bee, thee, glee, he, she, me, flee, tree, sea, see, knee, we, etc.
