You can tell a no. Rational if only one out of these three conditions are applied so these three conditions are :
1))✔️the rational no. is always i. The form of p/q where p and q are coprime no. Means they have only two factors 1 and itself ok
2))✔️the decimal expansion of the rational no. Always a terminating.
3))✔️the decimal expansion of the rational number is also non terminating repeating ok.
