In fraction :-

A number which can be written in the form of p/q where q is not equal to 0.

In decimal :-

non terminating, recurring (repeating )....

1))✔️the rational no. is always i. The form of p/q where p and q are coprime no. Means they have only two factors 1 and itself ok

2))✔️the decimal expansion of the rational no. Always a terminating.

3))✔️the decimal expansion of the rational number is also non terminating repeating ok.
