A reflex action is an unconscious, involuntary and instantaneous movement or response due to a stimuli. ... Receptor detects a stimulus(change in the environment)------>Sensory neurone sends signal to relay neuron---->Motor neuron sends signal to effector---->Effector produces the desired response.
