our constitution has made a special system of reserved constituency for the weaker sections of society. such constituencies are reserved only for the weaker sections like SC reserved constituency and ST reserved constituency.

Our constitution provided reserved some seat for SC,ST, women and Anglo Indian in both Parliamentary and State Assembly elections. Candidates from General category are not eligible to contest from these constituencies.
