Reserved constituencies are constituencies that are reserved for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and only they can contest an election.

In reserved constituency, the constituencies are reserved or being booked/leave for the people who belongs to ST(schedule tribe) and SC (Schedule Cast) which can contest election..... it may also include women of rural areas.. 47 seats are reserved for Lok Sabha.....
