Such subjects not included in rest three lists or any such other matter which will arise in the passage of time is given to the parliament to make laws on them. suchsubjects are called residuary subjects for example computer software hardware email technology etc ..

state list ,
union list and
concurrent list.

⚫the subjects which are not contained in any of the three lists ie state list , union list and concurrent list are known as residuary subjects.
⚫the declaration or implementation of such subjects is only under the control of parliament.
