It should function according to the welfare of the people.The govt shoud not favpur any particular religion or caste.secularism should followed by the govt.they must implement laws to protect the citizens rights.no one should be discriminated on the basis of his economic position or status..a responsible govt should be answerable to the people.decision should be good in quality.it would strengthen unity among the people.people should be benefitted by the govt.

Responsible government is a principle of some democratic governments. It is not the same as a government with responsibility. A 'responsible government' is one in which there is a degree of accountability towards parliament. Countries that use responsible government usually have parliamentary systems of government.
