Pair of shoes = 10 (so 1 shoe = 5). Boy = 5. Pair of flowers = 4 (1 bouquet =2). Therefore last equation is: 5 + 19 (1 boy wearing pair of shoes & carrying pair of flowers) x 2 = 43.
