When a person has completed his graduation in any discipline, he is consumed by a company for a period of a term and is given an amount in the name of stipend. After the stipulated term, he will be consumed as the employee of that organisation.
“Senior Operative trainee” can be seen in government company’s advertisement. For example Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited, Hyderabad had advertised for this position and the education qualification required was “Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering and Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engg.” The departments the candidate will be placed are all based on their qualification.

A trainee is regularly known as an individual participating in a learner program or a graduate program inside an organization in the wake of having moved on from college or school.
A trainee is an official worker of the firm that is being prepared for the activity he/she was initially enlisted for. Truly a representative in training. So that he/she can learn what they are supposed to in future on the job.
A senior operative trainee is a person who has little knowledge and does not need to learn things from the scratch just need to learn things in the organization and since this person is senior trainee so the time this person will spend on training will be lesser than other individuals.
