Step 1: Turn on Command Prompt, input notepad in it and press Enter to open Notepad.

step 2: In the Notepad, type mspaint (i.e. the run command of Paint program).

Step 3: Open the File menu and choose Save As to move on.

Step 4: Rename the file as Paint, add ".bat" (no quotes) to the end of the name, and click Save to save the document.

A shortcut is a copy of the original file to a place from where you can easily accessible it. To create a paint program shortcut first of all create a paint program and save it after that go to the location where the file is being saved from there right click on the file and click on create shortcut after that your shortcut is ready and copy the file and paste it where you can easily access it
