solar cells can be classified into first second and third generation sells the first generation size also called conventional traditional or waferbased cells ok made of crystalline Silicon commercially predominant PV Technology that includes materials such as polysilicon and monocrystalline silicon .
solar cell are made up of multiple solar cells
the metallurgical grade silicon is export to hydrochloric acid and copper with produce trichlorosilane gas .
the basic component of a solar cell is pure Silicon which is not pure in its nature state

Information about solar panel :

The panels or the devices which are designed so that sun's ray could be absorbed and then transformed them into electric current are termed as or known as solar panels.

Two materials needed to make solar cell consists of :

(i) Gallium.

(ii) Silicon.

Limitations of solar panel are :

1. This device is not usable at night or on a day which is cloudy.

2. Direct usage of this device is limited. It is because energy which reaches the surface is diffused too much.
