A solenoid is a type of electromagnet that generates a  magnetic fieldA solenoid is a coil of insulated or enameled wire wound on a rod-shaped form made of solid iron,

the factors on which the magnetic field depends are

current in the coil

the type of core material used in making solenoid

the no of turns in the coil

solenoid is a circular coil bound in    the cylindrical shape .  the factors on which the strength of magnetic field depends as follows   1. The amount of current.  2.  the radius of circular wire.  3. the number of turns of wire in the      circular coil.
