STAR- A huge ball of gas held together by gravity. The central core of a star is extremely hot and produces energy . Sun is the closest star to Earth.

The process of Star Formation is called 'Nuclear Fusion'. Nuclear Fusion happens in very large clouds of gas called Nebula.

When Nuclear Fusion starts in a Nebula and reaches a temperature of over 10000 degrees , the stars begins formed.
